Today Alexis Leon celebrated his 40th Birthday. I want to wish him on the occasion & pray to God to bless him with what ever he desires. I know there are possible & impossible things in the World. For now though I would like to believe " Impossible is Nothing". I remember the first time I blog hopped on to his blog. It was from that Funny Girl's comment section. And for some time I was not aware of the accident that had happened to him. Before Knowing about it.. I thought of him as a very intelligent, very caring, Very Geeky person with a subtle sense of humor. But when I came to realise the tragedy that had occurred to him.. for a moment my trust in God & the faith in fairness of life was shaken. I was left asking myself & my conscience " Why the Phuck someone especially someone as nice  as this guy deserved to undergo such cruelty at the hands of fate?” I got my answer from the blog entries of Alex. It made me realise destiny has its own designs for everyone. We have to make the best of what is bestowed to us. In cricketing terms I believe Life is batting on a fifth day Ferozshah Kotla against a bowling attack consisting Brett Lee, Steve Harmison, Shane Warne, Anil Kumble & Murali. One never knows what to expect next..may be a Bouncer, a Yorker, a Shooter, a Googly, a Dosra, a Fizzler or a Straighter one...Same holds true about life...We can never be sure what would happen the next instant. Only thing we could do is Believe in Our self & Hope for the best. This is what I have learnt from Knowing Alex through his blogs. I admire him cos he never gave up. Some days I would have crazy deadlines to meet or decisions to be taken. For a moment I would feel like chucking it all & head home. But then I think of Alexis who inspires me to fight it out & take what ever life throws at me on the chin. I learned from Alex that Life may sometimes get you down on the mat, you may be down on counts but it is always possible to get back on your feet as long as you don’t GIVE UP on life.

I can’t help pitying V P Sathyan. He was so totally at the Opposite end of the Spectrum when compared to someone like Alexis. He decided to run away when faced with little financial trouble instead staying put and getting the financial mess he was in sorted out.

Alexis is a real life Hero, A fighter, A survivor. It has been such a privilege knowing Alexis through his blogs. I look forward to knowing him more in future via his blog or to meet him some day ahead. Hope he had a Wonderfull Day with his near & dear ones.May God Always be with You Alexis.:)
